In addition to individual and family services, we are a full service psychological center including psychological evaluations, group therapy opportunities, and an intensive outpatient program for those struggling with substance abuse.

Within the relationships that I build with individuals, I work to meet them where they are at and grow from there. My approach is being open, empathetic, and relational as that allows for us to develop trust in working through some of life's most delicate moments. Whether these moments are processed through creative modalities, such as art and play, or by being able to talk, process, or seek guidance, I try to ensure trust is built as a cornerstone of our relationship. It is important to me that individuals feel safe in exploring thoughts, feelings, and behaviors within our therapeutic space.

My goal in therapy is to provide my clients a safe, secure environment in which to explore their inner thoughts and emotions. Change can be a scary and vulnerable process, but through a collaborative therapeutic relationship, I my hope that my clients establish a more comprehensive understanding of themselves and utilize healthy resources to cope with events that influence their lives. Together, within a trusting and supportive atmosphere, I hope to empower clients to achieve personal growth through awareness and recognition of their own unique perspectives and abilities.

I have experience utilizing a variety of psychological instruments for assessment. Assessment can be an incredible tool in seeking solutions for children, adolescents, and adults experiencing significant difficulties in their daily lives. I work with patients, their families, and academic teams to put the pieces of the puzzle together.

Building Bridges provides comprehensive, individualized care, for children & their families. Our multi-disciplinary team collaborates to address the unique mental and physical needs of each child, while providing support for the entire family. Because we understand special needs, our multi-disciplinary team collaborates to provide the best treatment for each child, and identifies ways to support other family members for a healthy family dynamic.
