Therapy is hard and it sometimes sucks. I will never make promises like you can "be fixed" or you'll "never have to deal with this again". Those are bold face lies. We've been through so much and these inner and outer demons are figuring their way out of those boxes we put them in. Sometimes the demons gotta come out and we have to dispose of them properly. That "properly" is going to look different for everyone, but We can help you feel better. We can help you manage those moods, emotions and even the outbursts. You have to be ready for the work.
