I have found that people who are ADHD, Autistic, or AuDHD can have more difficulty with processing their trauma due to coping mechanisms and masking. My goal is to help those who have experienced developmental trauma/emotionally immature caregivers as well as those who experienced more obvious trauma(s). I strive to work with people to be able to validate their own experiences, find and believe the truth about themselves, and for them to live their lives authentically.
