*Both teletherapy and in-person visits offered* I focus mainly on Eating Disorder treatment, and I always have a heart for healing the relationship with food and your body. I also enjoy working with couples and families to repair difficult or hurtful relationships with those you love. I view my clients not as hopeless or crazy, but simply as genuine people going through a rough time in their life, who need a little help finding their path. With patience and understanding, I can help you find yours too, using an Adlerian framework and teaching skills grounded in Dialectical Behavior Therapy.

I offer a caring compassionate approach to help people with everyday problems and worries. Finding practical solutions that work for you to help end worries or fears, melt downs and to take control of bad habits. I work with you to build on and develop skills that complement the strengths you already have to achieve your life goals.

At this time I am not able to take on new clients. Whatever it might be that you have been through, what might be holding you back, or what you want to become, I am here to be with you. My primary focus is trauma and the anxiety, depression, unhealthy coping, behavioral difficulties and unfulfilling relationships that can result. Sometimes it's a big specific incident, sometimes it's an undefinable pattern. Whatever it is that might be hurting you, we can work through it together.

When you come in for services, we will work together as a team to tackle areas in your life that have been a source of distress. Despite any feelings of discouragement or hopelessness, I can help provide you with the hope that you need in order to be strengthened to address those areas of distress. My goal is to help you heal from any wounds that affect your life, and to assist you in dealing with any issues that affect how well you are able to walk through your days. Although the journey is tough, when your therapist is also your teammate, it helps to ease your burden and give you the strength to go on.

Irritability, lost sleep, constant nervousness, inability to concentrate make it hard to deal. You may be having a hard time starting or getting through the day. In my practice, I am privileged to hold space and provide support through women's health and mental health experiences, including perinatal wellness (pregnancy, birth, and postpartum), attachment and relationship concerns including marital and caregiving, change and adjustment, grief and loss, and trauma.

I am a Clinical Mental Health Counselor with a passion for providing the utmost quality of services to individuals struggling with mental health issues. In my counseling program I gained knowledge in practicing as an ethical and multicultural counselor. In addition, I have gained valuable insight in counseling diverse populations through my internships in community mental health centers.
