Imagine’s approach is rooted in psychodynamic theory, integrating modalities such as somatic, internal family systems, and cognitive behavioral therapies. She is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy and is in the process of receiving her Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS) designation.

I understand life can go in many directions, and sometimes we need help getting back on track. My passion is helping people with anxiety and trauma related disorders; however, regardless of what you’re going through, I offer a supportive nonjudgmental environment to help you self-reflect and promote change. I’m very flexible with my approaches to help my clients meet their specific needs and goals, whether that’s offering a safe environment to hear your story or using direct evidence-based practices.

I am passionate about helping children, adolescents, and adults with life changes, school or work problems, anxiety issues, depression and other mental health issues. I am willing to work with clients and families to accept and love themselves, develop better coping abilities and a more hopeful outlook on life. I have 6 years experience working in schools with children with a wide range of disabilities and mental health issues. I have experience as a mother with a child with ADHD and anxiety and want to be a loving and nonjudgmental person for others who may be feeling alone. There is hope!

Accepting new clients! The human experience of healing is as unique as everyone; therefore, I integrate healing techniques that target a spectrum of emotional distress and mental conditions. Rather than referring to a general template, I curate holistic treatment plans to meet the client's therapeutic goals. I incorporate an integrative theoretical approach that borrows from various counseling strategies.

Since i can remember, I have been passionate about working with people and helping them overcome the short term and long term struggles they may be facing day to day. My goal in my career is to assist my clients in learning new skills to help them advance mentally, physically, and emotionally while building and promoting self-confidence and personal wellbeing. I have a wide range of knowledge surrounding childhood trauma, parenting issues, infertility, depression, anxiety, stress, crisis, and PTSD. Professionally I use a range of interventions to encourage health, growth, patience, self-compassion, healing, and understanding.

As a person on my own long term recovery journey from addiction and mental illness, I know how difficult it can be to overcome the obstacles of this world. I remember praying for the strength to reach out, but also that the person reaching back would understand on a deep level how to help me.
