I provide compassionate and professional counseling services to my clients. I help individuals, children, couples and families on a variety of issues. If you need help with Trauma, relationships, addictions or just every day life issues I’m here for you. I have helped men , women and children. I use multiple theories in my office practice and over telehealth. We will use the approach that will help you the most, whether it be Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma focused Therapy or just being present and reflecting while listening to your story. We will learn to manage life‘s issues together.

Chelsea Litwiller is a Licensed Master Social Worker in Michigan who has been practicing since 2019. She has a Bachelors in Human Development and Family Studies with a concentration in Child and Youth Development and a Masters in Clinical Social Work from Michigan State University. Chelsea has an energetic and positive personality that helps her connect well with children, teens, and young adults. She believes in building a strong connection with clients first, using empathy and humor, to make sessions more relaxed for clients and ensure they feel safe to be themselves and share their story with her.

Tracey Darling is a Licensed Master Social Worker in Michigan with 10 years of experience. She has a Master of Social Work from Michigan State University. Tracey believes in providing an atmosphere of unconditional acceptance, support, and encouragement. She combines her clinical skills along with her natural curiosity to collaborate with her clients and help them make deeper connections with themselves so they can lead fabulous and fulfilling lives. In her spare time, Tracey enjoys running, reading, tinkering around her house, learning to make art, and spending time outside.

Sara Ziel, LMSW takes pride in providing a judgement free and comfortable environment for her clients. Therapy takes a lot of trust, and Sara focuses time on building and cultivating rapport with each of her clients. Sara earned her bachelor's degree from Alma College, and her master's degree from Grand Valley State University. Sara has over 6 years of experience, and has worked in many settings, including home-based therapy, case management, family therapy and outpatient therapy.

There are times in our lives when problems can feel overwhelming, painful, and difficult to face alone. Relying on friends and family may not be a viable option. During our sessions, you can expect me to hear and understand your experiences & provide a safe place for you to express your thoughts, feelings, & behaviors that arise in and outside of therapy. If needed, you can also expect me to work with you on current issues as related to your past issues. Giving a person the tools to understand their emotions early in life is vital to building healthy relationships. Feelings can be messy for adults, even more so for children who may be experiencing difficult emotions for the first time. I want to support you and your child as we navigate through these emotional challenges at a pace that is comfortable to them and meets them at their developmental level. I strive to help children and adolescents achieve their goals of higher self esteem, empowerment, and strong peer and family relationships.

Krista Stevens has been working in the helping profession of micro and macro practice for over 15 years. She is a fully licensed Master level therapist with a degree in clinical social work from Michigan State University and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Oakland University. Krista brings professional background and lived perspective from her work in child welfare since 2011. In the clinical setting she specializes in walking alongside children and their care takers, young adults, and women in their 30's through a trauma informed lens. She is currently focused on work with clients between 6 to 39 years of age.

I am here to listen, discuss and help you see choices and options that a client is facing. Together we can get you to where you want to go.

Marissa Havard is a Licensed Master Social Worker in Michigan who has been practicing since 2019. Marissa is a very energetic person who loves to get to know people. She believes that this has allowed her to connect with the children and teens she has worked with. Everyone has a unique story to tell, no matter their age. Marissa wants to help create a comfortable space to tell that story, whether it be through relaxation, examination of adverse childhood experiences, aspects of play/art therapy, Trauma Focused CBT, or movement.

As a fully licensed social worker and certified advanced alcohol and drug counselor, I believe in meeting individuals where they are, all the while being present, respectful, warm and authentic. James Loree LMSW is a licensed master social worker who has practiced clinical psychotherapy and mental health counseling since 2003. He graduated from the University of Houston with a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology and from Michigan State University with a Master of Clinical and Macro Social Work degree. James believes in a non-judgmental, holistic approach to care, empowering adult individuals and couples to release patterns of thinking and behavior that no longer serve them while learning to trust their ability to learn and grow in a safe environment.

I have interdisciplinary work experiences, including work in a stepdown Psychiatric Hospital, Oncology, Palliative Care, Primary Care, Rehabilitation Center, Psychological Research Administrator/ Psychometrist work, Developmental Disabilities, and Private Practice. I also have experience in crisis interventions, behavioral health interventions, and ABA Therapy. Additionally, the particular value I took from these experiences was to increase resiliency and work towards managing symptoms and making them more tolerable.

As I reflect upon my life I noticed people who laid up for me a legacy, a promise and hope. The most influential people who have impacted my life and who established a legacy for me were my grandparents. They established a legacy, it was the legacy of care, compassion, and goodwill to mankind. I saw kindness, love, patience, meekness, faithfulness, and gentleness and these are the qualities I bring into the therapeutic relationships.

I have over a decade of experience working with children and their families. Much of that work has been with children who have confusing and/or challenging behaviors, as well as children who are neurodiverse. I am passionate about meeting the unique needs of children who have experienced trauma, as well as the caregivers who are helping them heal. It can be isolating to be a parent of a child with baffling behaviors and/or neurodiversity and you need a place you can come to be accepted as you are.
