I am a licensed psychologist and the clinical director of Sollars and Associates Integrative Counseling and Psychological Services. I have been providing counseling and psychotherapy for over 30 years in the Metro Detroit area and our group practice spans across the state of Michigan. Hello! My name is Hannah Schneider and I'm glad that you're here! Over the past 9 years, I have been working with children and adults ages 4-30 years old in schools, homes, community, and office settings. In this work, I have focused on topics including depression, anxiety, anger management, grief, emotional regulation, and communication skills.

I am a fully licensed social worker from Muskegon, MI. I obtained a Master of Social Work from Western Michigan University. I specialize in crisis intervention and working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, anger, self-esteem, abuse, relationships, and children ages 6 and up.

I have been providing outpatient treatment to children, adults, and families in the Tri-Cities and Thumb area of Michigan for 20 years. I have experience in treating both mental health and substance abuse issues as well as co-occurring disorders. I have experience in treating depressive and other mood disorders, anxiety disorders including generalized anxiety, specific phobias, and PTSD, and relationship issues. I also have extensive training in treating perinatal mood disorders, including post-partum depression. and working with domestic abuse survivors.

Hello! I'm Misty! I work with children, adolescents, and families! My specialization is ages 12-18, but I work with as young as 5. I use numerous approaches to meet the needs of my clients. I am working toward my registered play therapy (RPT) credential and utilize play, art, and Sand Tray to make therapy exciting for kids! I invite caregivers into the therapeutic process so the healing can continue happening at home. For adolescents, I utilize talk therapy or some of the above techniques to help process. Additionally, I engage in EMDR and have limited availability for individuals experiencing domestic violence.

I have experience with clinical disorders, such as anxiety, depression, and trauma, as well as issues related to life transitions; I specialize in self-esteem development and identity exploration. I provide therapeutic services for children, adolescents, and adults as well as individuals, couples, and families. My philosophical orientation is based in Rogerian theory and how we can invite change into our lives through congruency, genuineness, and unconditional positive regard. These qualities are the first tools with which we might build the foundation to a therapeutic relationship.
