My clients have a range of issues which may include, but are not limited to, depression, anxiety, recent or remote trauma, childhood maltreatment, family dysfunction, women's issues, distortions of thought, or grief and loss. I use a variety of carefully chosen modalities to assist clients in reaching their personal goals. Such modalities might include CBT, traditional talk therapy, relaxation, biofeedback, pyschodynamic interpretation, assessment measures, and reading or writing material.

I provide therapy with individuals, couples, and families surrounding a variety of issues including but not limited to communication and relationship dynamics, stress management, depression, anxiety, and anger as well as grief and loss, substance use, eating disorders, and educational and occupational challenges. I work towards providing support to those who have concerns regarding anxiety, depression, navigating life changes and times of transition, perinatal and postnatal issues, relationship challenges, grief and loss, attachment concerns, and processing difficult life experiences. Previously, I have worked as an Infant Mental Health Therapist and have worked with elementary age children in a school setting.
