Sometimes the world feels overwhelming and it takes all we have just to keep our heads above water. You're exhausted and ask yourself, “why can’t I just move on and be happy?” If you struggle with intense, unpleasant feelings like shame, anger, guilt, fear, and sadness, I'd like to work with you.
