My mission is to support and nurture students and to empower children and families to understand their learning profiles and their needs. My focus is on exploring and understanding the whole child and their strengths and challenges to best help them to be successful. My area of expertise and passion is providing neuropsychological and psychological assessments/testing for children and adolescents, as well as providing therapy and consultation services. I love collaborating with other professionals, observing, helping, and working with students in their classrooms, and truly supporting the needs of kids to best reach their potential.

I specialize in working with children (12+), teens and adults with anxiety/panic disorders, depression, ADD/ADHD, Learning Disabilities, low self-esteem, and relationships/finding a life partner (adults). I am a fairly unique therapist because I have personally experienced and overcome these issues. This helps me better understand each client's needs so they achieve their goals faster and more effectively. We work with children to improve behavior, social interactions, speech, language, independence, daily living skills, learning strategies, self care, play skills, and feeding. While we specialize in treating Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), our team is equipped to treat a range of learning & developmental disabilities. Dr. Robin Billings is a clinical psychologist with over 40 years of experience in the assessment and treatment of children, adolescents, young adults, and families. He sees patients at his private practice office located in Troy, Michigan.

My name is Dr. Lori Radner. My staff and I provide neuropsychological testing services finding causes and solutions to learning problems or diagnosing various disorders including ADHD, Aspergers, Traumatic Brain Injury, Anxiety, Giftedness, etc. I receive referrals from pediatricians, neurologists, tutors, teachers. therapists, and private schools to help detect reasons why individuals may be struggling in or outside of school.

I have a specialty in clinical neuropsychology and provide comprehensive evaluations to help identify learning barriers in children, adolescents and adults with possible learning disabilities, ADHD, autism spectrum disorders and other neurological condition. Dr. Bloch has extensive experience in both treatment and assessment. With children, she works collaboratively with parents and uses a play-based Cognitive-Behavior Therapy (CBT) approach. With adolescents and adults, therapy is individualized.

Warm, kind, compassionate, empathetic and nonjudgmental. These are the qualities that I value and practice as a therapist and educator for over 30 years. Working with pre-teens, teens, young adults and their families to problem solve and fulfill their goals is my life’s work. I have been a teacher, school counselor and now a therapist, working with kids on a variety of issues in their lives. I have a special passion working with LGBTQ+ individuals to help them be their authentic selves, fulfill their dreams, live their lives and follow their journeys at their own pace – and support their parents and families in the process.

Dr. Vichinsky is dedicated to providing comprehensive evaluations for individuals across the lifespan. Her practice encompasses a wide range of specialties, including expert testimony (mental health court), expert medical opinion services, independent medical evaluations, psychological and neuropsychological evaluations, and clinical supervision. Areas of clinical specialty include psychological and neuropsychological testing, including evaluation and diagnosis of brain injury, dementia, intellectual limitations, autism spectrum disorders, disorders of learning, and attention deficit conditions.

I provide services to individuals and families who are struggling with imbalance in their lives. Many of my clients suffer from anxiety, depression, family problems, addictions, marital problems, emotional disorders, and many other issues. As a long - time educator and therapist, I believe that identifying and treating emotional problems is as complex as learning a foreign language.
