The issues from the past that remain unresolved impact multiple areas of our lives from our personal contentment to our interpersonal relationships. Once a client understands the underlying cause of their anxiety, depression, hurt, fears, etc., they can come to a place of acceptance and move forward minimizing the impact these issues have on the present. Our goal is to help each client find healing in order to live fully and authentically in the present.

I am a licensed psychologist and the clinical director of Sollars and Associates Integrative Counseling and Psychological Services. I have been providing counseling and psychotherapy for over 30 years in the Metro Detroit area and our group practice spans across the state of Michigan.
