With a Master's Degree in Social Work from Western Michigan University and a wealth of personal and professional experience, I am here to extend my hand in support. My background includes working with youth in foster care, adoption, those navigating neurodivergence, homelessness, self-esteem concerns, depression, and intergenerational trauma.

Starting therapy can be uncomfortable and it takes courage to ask for help. I am glad that you are here. I specialize in supporting people who are working through anxiety, depression, and life's challenges. I work with teens, adults, couples, and families. I will strive to help you feel safe and courageous while you focus on your mental health in a positive and empowering space. I honor the healing process and value goal setting.

I take a strength-based person-centered approach to help each client begin to identify/build upon their abilities to overcome obstacles at every stage of life. Upon working together, we will focus on healing holistically, integrating techniques suited for the whole person aligning spirit, mind, body, soul, and goals.

As a Prepare/ENRICH facilitator, I specialize in working with couples who are seeking pre-martial counseling and couples who are experiencing conflicts they feel stuck in, and would like support in practicing new skills and tools to work through and resolve conflicts! I also focus on working with women who are experiencing anxiety, and desire to invite Christian faith and evidence based research into sessions.

My heart has always been to help heal the wounds of broken families. Family is the most important structure in our society . Life’s challenges cause individuals to face issues that they may not be ready to deal with alone. I believe in providing tools and methods to every person who needs assistance navigating through PTSD, sexual trauma, depression, anxiety, childhood tramua, divorce, couples therapy etc.

I love working with young adults and seniors to help them find their passion in life. I will work to help you remove blocks that are keeping you from being your most awesome self and help you develop the skills needed to live a life you have always dreamed. I’ve worked with teenagers to overcome addictions; I’ve worked with young adults transitioning to adulthood to overcome anxiety and depress which allowed them to go off to college and become successful. I have helped couple’s save their marriages and improve child/parent relationships; I have worked with Seniors who are now in a caring role.

I have treated many people with these complex problems. I have also counseled numerous people with severe mental illnesses, including Depression, Bipolar, Anxiety, Post Traumatic Stress, Schizophrenia, Personality Disorders, and comorbidities. Both addiction and mental illness are chronic, debilitating disorders that can be arrested and treated so you can live a life with hope!

I am a Limited Licensed Counselor who specializes in anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, marital distress, and trauma for individuals, adolescents and couples. I provide an environment where you can feel heard, seen, known, and cared for if you are feeling overwhelmed, depressed, anxious, burnt out, lost, hopeless, shame, guilt, sadness or are dealing with trauma.

As a psychotherapist, I have been profoundly touched by survivors of trauma, particularly extreme trauma, ritual abuse, mind control, clergy abuse, & spiritual abuse. Unfortunately, I am no longer taking new clients. But I am available for consultations to answer your questions or guide you in getting help. I am also developing a treatment model, The Migration Model, still in the testing phase, to remove mind control for ritual abuse/DID clients. (See www.ra-free.org). I provide intensives of 6 hours per day over 2+ days in my Ann Arbor, Michigan office using this model. But you must be in therapy with a licensed therapist.
