Utilizing strength-based talk therapy, solution-focused CBT to work on your issues, we start with weekly hour-long sessions, & eventually at your pace, every two, three & four weeks. You decide to terminate therapy as a celebration of your mental health, wellness & healing. I am a RI & MA credentialed LICSW. (All the original drawings are mine.)
You will develop new perspectives, insight, awareness & coping skills. & I encourage, support & provide compassion, understanding & validation. I offer reaffirmation, reflection, respect, kindness & humor. I also provide life coaching, motivation, behavior modification, positive reinforcement, non-judgmental & a non-punitive approach to counseling.
