Using NF, you train your brain to develop and maintain better self-regulation. When we are shown our brainwave activity in real time, we can learn to change it; that's what neurofeedback does. It allows the brain to see its own activity in a novel way, then learn to increase healthy patterns of functioning. This has benefits in many aspects of daily life.
NF is so very effective, that when I see people struggle with anxiety, ADHD, depression, OCD, and more, it challenges me. I want to share the positive impact of NF with all who might benefit from it.
