Trauma work involves a specialized approach in therapy aimed at addressing and processing the emotional and psychological impact of traumatic experiences. We are here to create a safe therapeutic environment where individuals can explore and make sense of their trauma, gradually integrating fragmented memories and emotions to promote healing and resilience.
