It is my passion to help others live happier, calmer, and more fulfilling lives. I help my clients to understand what holds them back and move through it. I help them to overcome difficult transitions and parenting challenges. I help them to improve their relationships, change negative lifestyle habits, reduce stress, improve confidence and self-esteem, uncover their passions, and eventually become true selves.
I offer an integrated therapeutic approach to meet each client's unique needs. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, and trauma. I help my clients change positively, and pave the way toward taking action with the "I CAN" attitude.
