As a certified perinatal mental health practitioner, I welcome women navigating the pregnancy and postpartum period. I also specialize in women's issues, highly sensitive people, climate-aware therapy, nature connection and spiritual emergence. I incorporate breathwork, meditation, and mindful outdoor experiences. I understand the dynamic complexities of life and try to understand and support the whole person within the context of his or her unique journey through life.
I work within a reflective psychodynamic and contemplative framework, emphasizing reflection, and utilizing various modalities including psychodynamic, mentalization, CBT, IFS, ecotherapy and somatic therapy. I also work to help others reconnect to nature, and cope with the mental health impacts of climate change as a climate-aware therapist.
As someone who struggled with multiple traumatic losses throughout life, I understand how challenging and difficult life can be.
