Most of us enter the clinical office in search of sanctuary and healing. In my office, clients find a place where they can heal from the unexpected disruptions, heartbreaks, chronic disappointments, profound grief, and repetitive anxieties that mark their lives. They tell me that, finally, they can see what is going on, understand how it impacts their lives, let go of it, and develop more productive and joyous ways to engage life.
Clients come in as individuals, as a member of a marriage, or as a couple. We work on phase of life transitions, domestic abuse, high conflict, depression and anxiety, or trauma. In addition to Cognitive Behavioral approaches,I use depth psychological approaches and a specialized energy therapy called Advanced Integrative Therapy for persistent trauma.
