I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with children, adolescents, adults, and some families. My primary specialty is trauma, attachment, and grief issues and I am trained in EMDR and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. I also have extensive experience and enjoy working with clients encountering depression, anxiety, and mood issues, including doing play therapy with children. I approach treatment from a client- and solution- focused framework, and primarily utilize the cognitive behavioral therapies.
