Dr. Meghan & Mary Anna aim to help those who are on the path of holistic healing, integrating "whole"-istic health, depth psychology and a compassion based approach to our work. There are many factors that affect emotional and physical well-being, including our culture, society and family in which we were born into. Many of our deep seeded beliefs and patterns are often rooted in ideologies and relationships that are important to us.
We offer individual and group therapy sessions for adults (individual and couples) teens and children. Our counseling work will focus on care for the mind, body and soul, while examining the cultural and relational influences which contribute to our emotional wellness and overall health.
