I support teens, adults, and families in building fulfilling lives, freer from the burden of what currently feels intolerable.
I utilize a strengths-based approach, affirming your existing abilities to cope and keep yourself safe. Curiosity is used to combat shame and assist clients in getting “unstuck” in unfulfilling patterns and ways of looking at themselves, the world, and others. I am a queer practitioner, dedicated to providing identity-affirming, anti-oppressive care.
A combination of cognitive and body-based modalities are used to tailor treatment to the unique needs of each client.
