I specialize in treating young adults experiencing OCD, helping you build skills to gain freedom from the obsessions and compulsions that may seem to dominate your life. I also enjoy working with those navigating depression, difficult peer and family relationships, life transitions, low self-esteem, religious trauma/spiritual abuse, and identity exploration.
