Accepting New Clients! Hi there! My name is Meredith. I am so glad you found my page. I work with children (ages 3-11), college age adults, and adults. I primarily work with anxiety, ADHD, low self-esteem, trauma, and behavioral and relationship issues. My goal is to empower you/your child to discover the tools needed to overcome life's struggles. I am passionate about creating a welcoming environment where you/your child feel safe and validated. I would be so honored to walk with you through your journey of self-discovery and healing. My clients enjoy gaining self-awareness confidence in themselves through exploring their desires, needs, and personality. I tailor my approach to each individual client to meet their needs, temperament, and personality. I utilize a variety of techniques from evidence-based theories such as PCT, SFBT and Expressive Arts. Intake is $160 and sessions are $150.
