I am a licensed psychologist with over a decade of experience serving adult professionals and college-age students. Prior to private practice, I honed my skills at Stanford University, where I offered individual and group psychotherapy, assessment, consultation, and crisis intervention. While I work with a broad range of concerns, I specialize in treating adults struggling with stress and anxiety, relational concerns, and general well being. My approach is both warm and collaborative, but also places emphasis on symptom reduction and skill building.
Modern life inundates us with stressors that contribute to high levels of anxiety and depression. I work holistically with clients to identify the causes of distress, and develop successful coping mechanisms. We will focus on the brain and body connection, to fully understand and integrate your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
