Hi! I'm Meredith (she/her/hers). I'm so glad you're here, and I want you to know something: all of you is welcome here. Whether you are struggling with an eating disorder, disordered eating and body image, having difficulty navigating your relationships, or feeling the weight of anxiety, depression, or life transitions, I want to be in your corner. Together we can create space for your emotions to be heard and validated, and for you to create new meaning from your experiences. I want you to know that you can be well, happy, and engaged in your life- not in spite of your struggles, but because of them!
I know it can be scary to reach out for help, but I am here to support you on this journey. Therapy doesn't have to be a last resort for you or for your relationship. My hope is that therapy will be a space of re-connection for you: a space to grow together in partnership with your loved one, or to nurture your relationship with yourself.
