Meredith integrates evidence-based theories and interventions into sessions such as: Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Psychodynamic theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness Practices, Motivational Interviewing, and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
