Helping people move out of survival mode & into a thriving life is my passion. My specialty is trauma recovery using EMDR (among other therapy approaches) with an emphasis on dissociation, grief, & religious deconstruction. Maybe you lost an important person & the grief is overwhelming or confusing. Or you were raised in a religious belief system that you are starting to see was harmful to you but don't know what to do about that. Or you are recently divorced and you to desire a different way of relating to yourself & others. I believe you are the expert in your life but deserve to not be alone on your journey to your highest self.
I am trained in EMDR and have found this treatment modality to be life changing for my clients. If you struggle to talk about your feelings and life experiences EMDR provides healing without having to talk a lot about the pain. But, if you are a talker we can make space and time for that too. This is YOUR healing journey.
