I have over 15 years of experience providing outpatient therapy for adults who struggle with depression, anxiety, addiction, and grief. I also have worked in inpatient settings, counseling aging and chronically ill adults.
I know that making change calls for an honest examination of self: identifying strengths and resiliencies; examining patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving; and, often, unearthing wounds that hold you back. I provide a safe space for you to do so. While warm and non-judgmental, I’m also direct and am comfortable challenging you to push further.
