If you’re feeling stuck in your life, you’ve come to the right place. It can be difficult and even scary to ask for help, but there is no time like the present to take charge of your well-being. As a mental health counselor, my goal is to help you make the changes you need in order to have a more successful and satisfying life. In our work together, we will explore what’s holding you back and break down those barriers to assist you in reaching your goals. Often, those barriers are due to past painful experiences, and I will work with you to compassionately facilitate your healing from those events.
I view therapy as a collaborative process, meaning that we will work together as a team and I will empower you to use your own voice as a tool in the counseling process as well in your own day-to-day life. When relevant, I enjoy using pop culture and “geek culture” as counseling tools, in addition to more traditional therapeutic approaches.

As a board-certified and state-licensed counselor, I have the knowledge and experience to support you on your journey to wellness and healing. I'm currently accepting a limited number of new clients for morning and early afternoon Telehealth sessions.
