I, as part of City Center Psychotherapy, am offering therapy via video or phone to support your emotional wellbeing during the COVID-19 pandemic. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Intensive Psychodynamic Psychotherapy. I have experience with Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and other exposure approaches, relaxation techniques and Narrative Therapy. I provide counseling in a supportive environment that is collaborative and creative.
As an adjunct at New York University and Columbia University, I am up-to-date on effective treatments. I am also comfortable with providing information and direction that adds to your toolbox of coping skills and preventive tactics, and accesses your strengths and potential - all so you can manage challenges well in the future.
