This life is our greatest adventure! I believe each person has the knowledge and ability to heal themselves but often are in need of a safe container for self exploration. My goal is to hold a safe collaborative space where my clients decide how, where and how deep we go. My desire is to reflect and foster a place for my clients to explore the challenges, sorrows, joys and hidden desires, and exciting lessons life has to offer. Bearing witness to another person's process is an honor.
Together we will explore your story through the creative channels of talk therapy and a multimodal artistic therapeutic approach (poetry, visuals arts, music, and movement and writing) By externalizing thoughts and emotions, behaviors and experiences the process of creating often shifts how we perceive the information; allowing for great insight.
My style is relational, sincere, light hearted, engaged, fun (it’s important to remember therapy can be fun too!) mindful, experiential, narrative, existential-humanistic and psychodynamic based, using a wide range of tools curated to best suit my clients needs.
