I am EMDR trained and certified and utilize this method and the Internal Family Systems model and Mindfulness to help clients resolve past trauma and even rework family of origin roadblocks. I am also Certified in the treatment of Adult Children of Narcissistic Parents. I see clients who are struggling with anxiety and depression, related to many issues including surviving adverse childhood experiences. I am licensed in DC, MD, and Virginia.
