I have been working in the mental health field for over 20 years providing supportive services in a safe environment. My counseling style is warm, empathetic, and compassionate. My therapeutic approach is individualized to each clients needs utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy as I incorporate other therapeutic strategies and work with you to address and resolve the issues you are struggling with.
At this time, due to the challenges of COVID-19, I am providing teletherapy where my clients and I can communicate via live video chat in a private, confidential space. This gives my clients with mobility issues, childcare issues or just a hectic schedule an easier time to meet with me. I look forward to working with you!
