My job is to hold space for you; space to calm the storm, foster room to grow, and freedom to recognize the courage it took to get this far. I have worked with clients as little as 3 years old to 50+. Every person has different needs. Some clients appreciate play, while others appreciate art, and along the way we learn a little psychoeducational to help our toolbox grow.
My communication style: The session's tone is often led by deep breathing to center and prepare us for the work to be done. This type of tone allows us to take a moment to reflect and find that peaceful equilibrium in each session.
My goals for you: Short-term and long-term goals are important. Finding ways to reward and keep ourselves accountable are just as significant. We come for a reason, and finding ways to track those changes are an important part of the "process."
