I guide professional women who feel like they have gotten lost in obligations and anxiety somewhere along the way; shift from perfectionism and "shoulds" to being the CEO of their mental, spiritual, and physical health (without needing years of therapy). I empower women in 3 capacities: In my 1:1 Practice (both in person and online), Group coaching, and "intensives". I offer proven strategies and tools that get women out of their heads and manifesting from their own lane. While therapy is beneficial for a time, my coaching allows my clients to experience transformation at a deeper level, more quickly.
