Entering into a relationship with a Licensed Mental Therapist is an important decision to make. We look for someone with the hope that we can feel better and live happier, more balanced lives. I believe that my role as a licensed mental health therapist is to assist you in reconnecting with strengths that you already possess, to help you in developing new skills and techniques that empower you and meet your goals. I have been in practice for over 16 years and have helped with individuals ranging from adults to children.
In addition to private practice, I have worked in residential treatment programs and in crisis intervention facilities. I have years of experience using various modalities, including Cognitive-Behavior Therapy, Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
Along with in office visits for all ages I also offer teletherapy and in-home psychotherapy sessions for children and teens to help in developing an appropriate treatment plan. I look forward to working with you and your family to help you achieve your goals!
