Mercede Robinson, LCSW-C, has over 15 years experience helping those that struggle with anxiety, depression and life transition issues. Throughout that experience Mercede has developed the skills necessary to teach clients how to lessen anxious and depressive thoughts by developing supportive and healthy coping skills. I am passionate about assisting People of Color who face adversity and structural inequalities that can create feelings of pain and often undiagnosed trauma.
My clinical focus is working with people to develop strategies and techniques that will help them take back control of their life. I do this by having genuine and open conversations to partner with the client on their goals and aspirations. Our sessions will focus on every aspect of you as an individual including mental, physical and social health.
For many people starting therapy can be both an exciting and anxiety-provoking process. My priority is to create a safe place where you can be vulnerable to explore yourself and find new ways to heal.
