I utilize AEDP and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) which are attachment based therapies, along with EMDR, psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, relational and mindfulness theories and interventions. I work with you to find the skills within you that you need to create the changes you want in your life.
I specialize in helping individuals and couples through difficult transition periods in their lives. I am experienced in working with cross-cultural couples, and with clients struggling with infidelity, parenting issues, sexuality, gender identity and coming out issues.
