Through a creative combination of CBT, Transpersonal, & Jungian therapies, I will guide you on your journey of emotional self-mastery, helping you develop essential self-regulation skills. Psychoeducation is also a core component of my approach, focusing on teaching crucial interpersonal skills such as self-awareness, assertiveness, boundary setting, etc.
