Welcome! I am a psychotherapist, social worker, and yoga teacher. I do my best work with individual adults struggling with anxiety, trauma, and sensitivity. I have secondary interests in working with depression, life transition, and relationship issues. I welcome people of diverse backgrounds and cultures to my practice.
I am primarily a talk therapist, and highly value developing individualized relationships with my clients. The main approaches I use are CBT and DBT. I also have extensive training in yoga and breathwork, and other practices that help calm the nervous system; hence I often focus on mindfulness and lifestyle change.
You deserve support and structure, as you work towards improving your mental health. I consider myself a guide, who assists people navigating challenging times. My ultimate goal is to support someone in recovering and finding meaning after difficulties, and to help them build a new version of life that is aligned with their strengths and values.
