I hold a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and a master’s degree in Counselor Education, both earned from THE Virginia State University. I am committed to providing a safe, non-judgmental, and empathetic environment for my clients. I strongly believe in the importance of tailoring therapy to each individuals unique circumstances and needs. Throughout my career, I have honed my skills and become competent in multiple disciplines of counseling and therapy. I have worked with diverse populations and have successfully addressed a wide range of mental health needs. I have a passion for helping individuals overcome challenges, find their inner strengths, and achieve their goals.
I didn't choose Therapy, Therapy chose me. As an adult I bear a lot of responsibilities. None of those responsibilities are more important than the responsibility of self.
