Sometimes it is difficult and sometimes it is frightening, but the good news is that no matter what, from controlling anxiety to having medical procedures performed, you don't have to go through it alone. I am here to help. I have particular strengths and certifications in anxiety, stress, chronic pain, and medical hypnosis and I also offer general vocational and avocational self improvement services.
While I have been trained in several hypnosis modalities, I prefer to work from an NLP/Ericksonian perspective. However, every client is unique and I believe by learning many modalities and being on the edge of clinical hypnosis research, I can respond better to the needs of my clients. I am a member of AHA, APA Division 30, SCEH, and ISH.
I went through the most rigorous hypnotherapy training in the country which required over 300 lecture hours of hypnotherapy education. I became certified through the AFL-CIO Hypnotherapist's Union Local 472 which has the highest standards of hypnotherapy certifying agency in the United States. I am currently working on SCEH and ASCH hypnosis certifications.
