I am trained in short term and focused strategies like Problem Solving Therapy and also am skilled at more open ended strategies that explore how your thoughts affect your feelings and your behaviors. I have my degree in art therapy and incorporate creative activities when possible. I also integrate mindfulness to encourage grounding and presence.
