Hello! I provide in-person, telehealth, and walk-and-talk counseling for adults and teens seeking healing and empowerment from difficulties with relationships, self-worth, trauma, and lacking passion or uncertainty about your place and direction in life. We might be a good fit if you like a more collaborative and relaxed approach (no “expert” ego here), want someone who highlights your strengths yet also holds you accountable to making meaningful changes, and appreciate a little humor to balance out the heavier work.
I am deeply committed to the work of reducing shame, shifting hurtful self-beliefs to curious and compassionate ones, and helping clients live more meaningful and intentional lives. I use a trauma-informed, feminist approach that focuses on your values, identities, and relationships. I also incorporate mindfulness, nature, and somatic techniques.
