Hey, I am Melody Ware-Massie. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado and Texas. I enjoy working with clients in-person and virtually with flexible evening and weekend hours. I will assist you with regulating your emotions, healthy coping with stress, improve your relationship with others, and meet your goals.
I listened to you, we build a connection with trust, we discuss your desired outcomes, "How will you know when counseling is successful?" "What results or changes do you hope to get from therapy?" and then we track your progress.
The first session is 53 minutes of us just relaxing and talking about whatever you feel comfortable with sharing. I have snacks, drinks, fidget toys, games, coloring books, lots of pillows and lamps to welcome you. We will go at your pace, so if you need to stay a little longer or leave earlier that is fine. I will introduce myself, answer your questions.
