Overall, mental health has such a negative stigma in our society but I have faith this perspective WILL change. My main priority is to walk side-by-side with each client as they navigate their way towards wholeness & healing (mind, body & spirit) while emphasizing the importance of growth and finding/implementing healthier ways to cope/positively maintain their mental health and life.
As an LPC-Associate, the world is my oyster! I’ve enjoyed this experience and opportunity to work with various ages/mental health issues. Some of my current specialties are working with those currently dealing with anxiety/depression issues, suicidal ideations, self-harm behaviors, chronic pain, chronic illness (autoimmune disorders) and vaccine injuries!
