**No longer accepting clients at this time** We never know what surprises or challenges life will throw our way and how they will test our knowledge, strength, and ability grow or keep moving forward. Have you experienced a recent loss, trauma, or are you feeling stuck in a pattern or relationship that doesn't serve you any longer? As a licensed Clinical Psychologist, my role is to help you understand your life experiences, how they have affected you and possibly led to symptoms of depression, PTSD, anxiety, grief, and unhealthy relationship patterns that keep you stuck.
My practice is focused on trauma treatment and managing mood disorders as well as anxiety disorders. My goal is to partner with you to understand your experiences, provide empathy, and use my professional expertise to highlight new ways of coping so that you can grow and achieve your goals.
As a skilled clinician and listener, my purpose is to offer you space to explore your concerns, learn new ways to approach problems and break patterns that no longer serve you and to help you learn self-compassion as you cope with whatever challenges, disappointments, or surprises life has thrown your way.
