By combining traditional methods such as talk therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy with creative techniques like expressive arts and experiential techniques, I am able to provide the best services to your specific needs.
Experiencing childhood trauma causes immense issues throughout the life-span and on the family system which is why I am motivated to help those who have experienced trauma. Seeing how trauma affects the body, mind, and spirit, I see addressing trauma as a vital issue to better individual's lives.
