My education includes a BA in psychology from California State University Long Beach. I graduated from Alliant International University (the California School of Professional Psychology) in Irvine, CA with an MA in Marriage & Family Therapy.
I completed the PSI and 2020 Mom Professional Maternal Mental Health Certificate Training and the Advanced Perinatal Mental Health Certification Program. Additionally, I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). I work with NOCD, and trained in their NOCD Academy for OCD specialists providing ERP.

This will be a support group offered at The Women’s Hospital at MemorialCare Saddleback Medical Center in Laguna Hills, CA, for women who are in the postpartum stage of motherhood. It will be free to join. Due to COVID-19, the launch has been delayed. This will be a virtual group soon.
