Hi, I'm Melissa Vaswani, LMFT. I've been practicing therapy for 18 years, and my mission has always been to make a positive impact and enable people to make meaningful changes in their lives. I use a therapeutic method based on my client's unique needs. I have a background in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and enjoy using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques. However, I don't limit myself to CBT. I constantly endeavor to meet every individual client where they are and adapt accordingly.
I love working with adults who are going through life transitions and trying to make meaning of what they are experiencing. I work with clients who experience depression and anxiety and enjoy helping people see the light at the end of the tunnel (because I promise it is there).
